Group training sessions may be available on request. 
You have a choice of referring someone to train with you that you know or train with an existing member of the JR Fitness & Conditioning team.

VIEW AVAILABILITY & SIGN UP HERE
*A minimum commitment of 3 months (12 weeks) with 2 sessions per week for the first month (4 weeks) is required on undertaking any personal training services.
