"I started to go to Healthy Hearts outdoor bootcamps after wanting to improve my fitness after many years of self imposed neglect! James and Sophie were very welcoming and you soon feel part of the group sessions. Their relaxed but firm approached certainly encouraged me to attend on regular sessions twice a week. The sessions were varies, with various different body strengths worked on. I soon found my overall fitness and body strength improved. James and Sophie were able to spot weaknesses and strengths and where necessary tailored workouts and sessions to your needs where necessary. They also put together a healthy eating plan which worked alongside my workouts which help boosted my fitness and overall well-being. The plans were simple, easy and cost effective. I soon put my gym membership on hold as I found I was getting all my fitness from the Healthy Hearts bootcamps and supplemented with runs during the week. A true test of a great team like James and Sophie is the constant regular faces who are there week in and week out!! I highly recommend signing up today!!!"
"I decided to attend Healthy Hearts 4 All bootcamp classes as I had a bridesmaid dress to fit into and I found that other exercise classes were not motivating me enough or producing the results I wanted. "Started the 8 week better body challenge, one week in and even my 5 year old has commented on how much more energy mummy has.
